What's Villa Bartolomea's availability?

Weddings are held between April and October every year.
The venue is often booked with 1 or 2 years in advance, you can check our current availability here.

Question 2

Can we arrange a site visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes!

Standard site visits last 2 nights (3 days) and include accommodation for 2 guests.
Each site visit gives you the chance to explore the Villa's grounds, discuss event requirements, meet the florist and enjoy the surrounding area.

Site visits are set at €350.00 (per couple) and are fully refundable when booking your wedding at Villa Bartolomea.

Question 3

How much is the deposit?

Accepted Answer

Deposit is divided in 3 installments as below:

20% of the provisional budget is to be paid upon signature of the contract.
30% 6 months before wedding date
40% 2 months before wedding date
Reconciliation prior to guests departure

When is the full balance due?

Accepted Answer

Full balance is due upon guests departure.

Question 5

Do you send us a single invoice for everything?

Accepted Answer

Yes! 
Once we agree to move ahead, we'll issue a single invoice to include exclusive venue hire, accommodation and all choices made.

If during the event planning stage you choose to add new items, we'll issue a separate invoice.

You may ask your guests to cover accommodation, in this case we'll provide with a breakdown of the costs related for you to pass on to your guests.

Please note: you'll be responsible to gather accommodation payments, and finalise the invoice with us.

Question 6

Can you arrange babysitting/childcare?

Yes.

please mention the number of kids and age participating. 
We'll arrange for a babysitter (or more) to look after the little ones!

Question 7

Do you have extra beds/cots available for babies/young children?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

Extra beds are already included in the total number of  beds (49 in total)Please provide requirements and number of babies (up to 3) participating to set up cradles.
