Yes! Standard site visits last 2 nights (3 days) and include accommodation for 2 guests. Each site visit gives you the chance to explore the Villa's grounds, discuss event requirements, meet the florist and enjoy the surrounding area. Site visits are set at €350.00 (per couple) and are fully refundable when booking your wedding at Villa Bartolomea. Speak to Villa's team or go ahead and book online.

Deposit is divided in 3 installments as below: 20% of the provisional budget is to be paid upon signature of the contract. 30% 6 months before wedding date 40% 2 months before wedding date Reconciliation prior to guests departure

Full balance is due upon guests departure.

Yes! Once we agree to move ahead, we'll issue a single invoice to include exclusive venue hire, accommodation and all choices made. If during the event planning stage you choose to add new items, we'll issue a separate invoice. You may ask your guests to cover accommodation, in this case we'll provide with a breakdown of the costs related for you to pass on to your guests. Please note: you'll be responsible to gather accommodation payments, and finalise the invoice with us.

Yes. please mention the number of kids and age participating. We'll arrange for a babysitter (or more) to look after the little ones!

Yes. Extra beds are already included in the total number of beds (49 in total)Please provide requirements and number of babies (up to 3) participating to set up cradles.
