Standard site visits last 2 nights (3 days) and include accommodation for 2 guests.

Each site visit gives you the chance to explore the Villa's grounds, discuss event requirements, meet the florist and enjoy the surrounding area.

Site visits are set at €350.00 (per couple) and are fully refundable when booking your wedding at Villa Bartolomea.

Deposit is divided in 3 installments as below:

20% of the provisional budget is to be paid upon signature of the contract.

30% 6 months before wedding date

40% 2 months before wedding date

Reconciliation prior to guests departure

Full balance is due upon guests departure.

Yes!

Once we agree to move ahead, we'll issue a single invoice to include exclusive venue hire, accommodation and all choices made.

If during the event planning stage you choose to add new items, we'll issue a separate invoice.

You may ask your guests to cover accommodation, in this case we'll provide with a breakdown of the costs related for you to pass on to your guests.

Please note: you'll be responsible to gather accommodation payments, and finalise the invoice with us.
